Digital Patterns
How will I receive my pattern?
All patterns are delivered as a digital PDF download.
After checkout, you’ll receive:
- A download link on the confirmation page
- An email with your download link
Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.
Do you mail printed patterns?
No. At this time, all patterns are digital downloads only.
I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?
First, check:
- Spam or junk folder
- Promotions tab
If you still can’t find it, please contact us using our Contact page, and we’ll resend it.
Can I get a refund on digital patterns?
Due to the nature of digital products, all PDF pattern sales are final and non-refundable.
If you experience a technical issue with your file, please reach out — we’re happy to help.
Pattern Usage & Copyright
What skill level are your patterns?
Each pattern clearly lists a recommended skill level (Beginner, Advanced Beginner, Intermediate).
If you’re unsure whether a pattern is right for you, feel free to reach out before purchasing.
What does Softgrain Stitch™ mean?
Softgrain Stitch™ is a modified crochet stitch created by Geny.
It creates a textured, structured look while remaining beginner-friendly.
You’ll find full instructions inside the patterns that use it.
Can I sell items made from your patterns?
Absolutely!
You may sell finished handmade items created using our patterns in small quantities.
However:
- You may not copy, redistribute, share, reproduce, alter, or resell the pattern itself in any format (digital or printed).
- You may not upload it to file-sharing sites, groups, or marketplaces.
- You may not claim the design or instructions as your own.
All patterns, designs, images, text, and original stitch structures are the intellectual property of Geny’s Crochet Designs and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
