All products offered by Geny’s Crochet Designs are digital products, including but not limited to downloadable crochet patterns, guides, charts, instructions, and related materials.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a digital product. Orders are accepted only after successful payment processing.
Because our products are digital and delivered electronically, all sales are final once access has been provided, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that:
- You are purchasing non-tangible digital content
- Delivery occurs electronically
- Once access has been granted, the product is deemed delivered
You agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals after digital access has been provided. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to current and future products if fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks occur.
4. PRICING AND BILLING
All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that you will pay all charges incurred, including applicable taxes.
5. DELIVERY
Digital products are delivered electronically via download, email, or online access following successful payment.
Delivery is typically immediate but is not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to technical issues, internet connectivity, email filtering, or circumstances beyond our control.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking your spam or junk folders if delivery is not received.
Once digital access has been provided, the product is considered delivered.
If you experience access issues, you must contact us within a reasonable time. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access, but we are not responsible for issues caused by device incompatibility, software limitations, or internet problems.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PATTERN USAGE
All digital patterns, instructions, charts, designs, text, images, graphics, and related materials are the intellectual property of Geny’s Crochet Designs and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Digital products are licensed, not sold.
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only, unless otherwise expressly stated.
You may:
- Use the pattern for personal projects
- Create physical handmade items from the pattern
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, share, upload, or resell the pattern
- Share digital files with friends, family, or groups
- Upload files to social media, cloud storage, forums, or memberships
- Sell, license, or redistribute the pattern or any portion of it
- Claim the design as your own
You may sell finished physical items that you personally handmade using our patterns, provided they are not mass-produced. Credit to Geny’s Crochet Designs is appreciated but not required unless otherwise specified.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution constitutes copyright infringement and may result in termination of access and legal action.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
8. PRIVACY
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain information may also be processed by Shopify in order to provide the Services.

If you submit ideas, reviews, suggestions, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such Feedback for business purposes.
